We are saddened to announce the death of Philip Daniel, better known as Danny, age 59, of Portsmouth.
He leaves to mourn:
His wife: Olivia Daniel
5 daughters: Jyotie , Joyette, Jyonelle, Jyorianne and Jyolainnie Daniel
3 grandchildren: Zuri and Zayne Cadette, and Noah Blaize
He is also remembered by:
2 brothers: Lincoln Daniel and Lester Daniel
2 sisters: Claudette Wallace and Claudia Bannis in Canada
His brothers-in-law: Charles Bannis in Canada, Olivier Dyer in the United States, Desmond Degallerie in Antigua, Teddy Wallace, Jerome Degallerie, and Philsbert Letang
His sisters-in-law: Marlene Daniel in the United States, Lydia Charles in Antigua, and Sheryl Williams
He will be missed by:
Nieces: Cherrose Ferrol, Cherzelle Mason, Kaylani Daniel, LaDonna Daniel, Alana Aaron, and Yinka Bannis

The viewing of the late Philip “Danny” Daniel will take place on Saturday September 20th, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at God’s Family House of Worship, followed by the funeral service at 3:00 p.m., and interment at the Portsmouth Public Cemetery.
