We announce the death of Cecilia Veronica Anthony better known as “Baby-la” aged 58 of Portsmouth. She died on Monday 14th March 2022 at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.
She will be remembered by:
Mother: Carmen Azille in Capuchin.
Daughter: Diana Desbonne in Dose Dane
5 Grand Children: Deanne, Shakyl, Jessica, Jessie and Steven in Dominica
3 Brothers: Titus and David in St. Martin and Andrew in Dominica

The body of the late Cecilia Veronica Anthony better known as “Baby-la” of Portsmouth will be viewed from 9:30am at the Portsmouth Romain Catholic Church on Thursday 24th March 2022. The service will begin at 10am followed by internment at the Portsmouth Romain Catholic Cemetery.
