It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of 55 year old Annie Serrant, better known as Ruth, of Mero Dominica, who resided at Lightfoot Antigua.
She died on Monday 27th March 2023 at the St John’s Hospice in Antigua.
She is survived by:
Husband: Peter “Berge” Serrant Senior
Son: Peter Serrant Jr
Daughter: Hope Serrant
Grandson: Andres Serrant
Brothers: Garner Gasper in Dominica
Uncle: Edis Sablon in the USVI
Nieces: Lina in Guadeloupe and Judy & Julia in the US
Nephews: Garn and Giftus in the USVI and Kareem in the UK
Close relatives including the Gasper family in Antigua, Dominica & the UK, the Adams, Sablon, John, Grant, Mason, and William families in Dominica, and the Serrant family.
Close friends including Joycelyn Simon & family, and Gwendolyn Codrington & family.
She will also be remembered by the communities of Seaview Farm in Antigua, and Mero, St. Joseph and Salisbury in Dominica, as well as their Catholic communities. Many other relatives
and friends in the United Kingdom, United States, Dominica & Antigua.
The funeral of the late Annie “Ruth” Serrant will be held on Monday 8th May 2023 at the Lady of Perpetual Help Roman Catholic Church in Tyrells, Antigua. Viewing at 1.00p.m and
Funeral Mass at 2.00p.m. followed by interment at the Tyrells Roman Catholic cemetery.
