It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Kenworth Harold Edwards better known as “Sampie” of Marigot, Dominica who was called home to heaven on Thursday 26th of May 2022.
Sampie was a Joyful, hardworking soul who spent most of his adult years living in St. Thomas USVI where he met his late wife, Juliet. After the passing of his wife in 2018, Sampie or “Eddie” as she liked to call him decided to return home to Dominica to share his many carpentry skills many of which were passed down to him by his father the late Obed Edwards with his nephews whom he worked with daily. Being the well-known and highly respected man that he was in both his family and community, Sampie will be missed dearly.
May his soul Rest in Eternal Peace.
