We announce the death of 51 year old Constable Julian Alphanso Francis of Delices.  Francis was born on July 08, 1970, in Montserrat.  He was a member of the Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force, having been enlisted on July 01, 1994.  He died at his residence in Delices on Thursday, November 11, 2021.

The Late Constable Julian Francis has been accorded a Military Funeral by The Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica.

The body of the late Constable Julian Francis will be exposed for viewing at Police Headquarters on Friday December 10, 2021 from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 Noon and at the On The Way Church in Delices from 2:00 p.m. to 2:25 p.m.

The funeral service will commence at the On The Way Church from 2:30 p.m. on Friday December 10, 2021.

The Body will be interred at the Delices Public Cemetery, Fond Tomar.
