With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our dearly beloved 16-year-old Silvia Xoya Peters of Marigot, who departed this life on Tuesday, February 18 th, 2025, at the Wesley Health Center. She was a fifth-form student at the Northeast Comprehensive School (NECS).
She will be remembered by all her friends, families, and loved ones whose lives she
