The Dominica Amateur Basketball Association’s Playoff Finals tipped off with an exciting opening night as Possie Pacers and Dr. Darroux Falcons recorded Game 1 victories in their respective championship series.

Possie Pacers Take Game 1 Against West Coast Ballers

Possie Pacers produced a dominant second-half performance to defeat the West Coast Ballers 88–69.

The teams were evenly matched during the opening quarter, which ended 25–25. Possie Pacers edged the second quarter 24–22 to take a narrow 49–47 advantage into halftime.

The decisive run came in the third quarter when the Pacers outscored the Ballers 28–9, turning their two-point halftime lead into a commanding 77–56 advantage.

West Coast Ballers responded by winning the fourth quarter 13–11, but the deficit proved too large to overcome as Possie Pacers completed a convincing 19-point victory.

Tyler Roudette led the Pacers with a game-high 28 points. Troy Brookes contributed 16 points, Nigel George added 14, and Hunter McBride finished with 12.
