Bridgetown, Barbados, Cibc FirstCaribbean continues to show support to the Dominica Cancer Society with a recent donation of EC 25000.00
Public Relations Officer, Vinna Royer expressed a heartfelt thank you to the bank for the donation, which she said, will go toward the outreach work of the society.
‘Every donation counts. These donations are used to help patients to attain treatment which they otherwise might not have been able to afford. Thank you, CIBC FirstCaribbean, we value our relationship with you and look forward to working even more closely with you in the future.
Mrs. Royer also urged everyone to partake in the signature event of the society, the annual Walk for the Cure, taking place on Saturday, October 5, 2019.
The walk starts at 4.30 pm and goes from Massacre and Point Michel to the Dame Eugenia Charles Boulevard (Bayfront).
