CHILDREN’S DAY TEA PARTY

The Little Gem Preparatory School located in Roseau celebrated the International Children’s Day in red carpet style. The Little Gem Preparatory in collaboration with the dynamic PTA celebrated the children with a tea party. The theme was Bow ties and tiaras. The events coordinator chose colors of the rainbows as the dress code where they could choose any color dress to wear along with their beautiful tiaras. The angelic Princesses were radiantly stunning in their captivating dresses. The handsome princes were dressed to perfection in their tuxedo and formal attires.

This is the first ever Children’s Day Tea party so the parents went above and beyond to ensure that their children were shining brilliantly. At the Little Gem Preparatory, we pride ourselves on instilling in our children the importance of s positive self image even at their tender age. We celebrated this momentous occasion with a red carpet style. They had the honor to walk the red carpet with grace and elegance.

We can confidently say that our children are the future and we, as their parents, must do everything in our power to protect them at all cost .The Principal, Mrs.Medinia, had the honor to bestow the Student Ambassador Certificate on beautiful and brilliant students Jay- ce Dejean, Kaycee. Gilbert, Jaheesa Prosper
Kadiyah Baron, Zayda Tavernier, Faith Rodney, Treaston Lammar, Faith Cornelius, Khamari Jno.Baptiste, K’aliyah Roberts and Jeanne Daway. Additionally, a Head Girl, Kai Fabien and Head Boy, Quan Tavernier, were chosen to be role models to the younger ones. It was all about inspiring the children to continue to strive for excellence.

Today’s event was a great success.
