Restore to Empowerment Charity Organization is based in the US and consists of Dominicans and others who seek to give hope and help to individuals and groups in Dominica. The Principal, staff, parents and pupils of the Dublanc/Bioche Primary School extend sincere gratitude to Mrs. Athlene Laudat Lawrence and Empowerment Charity Organization for the donation of school uniforms to every pupil at the school.

This generous donation was given to the school who then hand it to Royal Garments Ltd in Canefield, Dominica who will furnish the school with these uniforms. Thirty-five (35) children benefitted from this gift. According to the Principal, Mrs. Jocelyn Joseph, “This powerful gesture of love is greatly embraced by the school.” She wished the Organization success in all their endeavors.
