The National Bank of Dominica Ltd. (NBD) is a commercial bank duly incorporated under the laws of the
Commonwealth of Dominica and registered as a licensed financial institution in the Eastern Caribbean
Currency Union.
NBD is updating its list of appraisers to undertake real estate appraisal services on its behalf. The
purpose of this request for Expression of Interest (EOI) is to identify qualified and interested individuals to be included on an eligibility list for possible future engagement.
NBD makes no guarantee/ commitment to engage any person, by reason of he or she having lodged an EOI, satisfied the minimum requirements or having been engaged by the Bank in the past. Further, this EOI process in no way prevents NBD from engaging appraisal services derived from outside this process.
NBD’s decision to engage a third-party professional is entirely at its discretion.
To qualify for selection, an individual must:
▪ Be a Registered Member in good standing of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, or the American Society of Appraisers, or the Appraisal Institute, or the Australian Property Institute, or the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators;
▪ Possess the appropriate appraisal or collateral valuation education, expertise, and experience relevant to the type of property being valued;
▪ Continually update knowledge through a process of continuing education.
Persons who meet these minimum qualifications should submit an Expression of Interest in writing together with resume and evidence of professional membership(s) by October 15, 2021.
