With two reputable international organizations calling for more talent acquisition and job search opportunities to be made available to the Caribbean workforce, a regional recruitment service says it’s up to the task and ready and equipped to be of service.
Caribbean Employment Services Inc. is a market-leading digital talent acquisition service that aims to connect the top talent from the Caribbean with hiring managers, HR professionals and decision-makers in companies both within the Caribbean as well as abroad. Its clients include jobseekers throughout the region, as well as government organizations, large corporations and small businesses in the Caribbean, North America and Europe.
“Too many countries still struggle with outdated methods of searching for jobs, recruiting and hiring,” says Joseph Boll, Caribbean Employment Services Inc. CEO. “Our firm has a dedicated team of HR professionals as well as the tools, resources and experience to reach a wide talent pool and ensure success. We have the scope to get the job done efficiently and affordably — it’s just a matter of more businesses and jobseekers being willing to take the process into the 21st Century.”

The World Bank, in a recent report, lamented that “the region still lacks well-established labour intermediation services to link jobseekers with employment opportunities in the private sector,” which could help to resolve concerns related to skills gaps, brain drain and high numbers of educated, talented workers migrating out of the Caribbean in pursuit of job opportunities. Likewise, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) recently encouraged “efforts to facilitate job searching” in Grenada to address gender disparities in both pay and labour force participation. Both organizations suggested that with improved job search and recruitment practices, formal employment — which has significantly dropped since the COVID-19 pandemic and which leaves Caribbean workers all the more vulnerable to external shocks that lead to poverty — could drastically increase.
Boll says, “We are addressing this through our platform, which makes it easy for jobseekers to find job opportunities that match their skills and interests, as well as for employers to find and engage the best candidates for the respective positions. Caribbean Employment Services Inc. is certainly up to the task of helping to improve employment prospects in the region and bring the recruitment process into the modern, digital age we live in.”

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy.
