We announce the death of 86 year old Lucille Blackman Nee Douglas of Roseau. She died on Friday, 21st October 2022 at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.
She leaves to mourn her son Gerard Blackman.
Sisters: Lucia Neame, Julie Berry, Joan Maynard, Anne Diese, Bishop Alice Jacob, and Gloria Defendi.
Brothers: Anthony, Diane, and Pastor Raphael Douglas, Dr. Foch.
Cousins including: Tingale, Joyce, Eleonore, Athlene, Eisenhower, Attlee, Adenauer, Marina, Irma, Jacqueline, Monty
Good friends: Cardinal Kelvin Felix, Monsignor Eustace Thomas, Monsignor William John Lewis, Fr. The funeral service for the late Lucille Blackman nee Douglas will be held on Tuesday 15th November, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. at the St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church followed by interment at the Portsmouth Catholic Cemetery.
