Creole Heartbeat announces the signature of an agreement with the State owned and operated radio station of Guadeloupe, (Guadeloupe La Première), to host Dominica week from July 25 to 30 in daily live broadcasts within the context of the celebration of Cadence-Lypso Month 2022.
The daily shows will feature information about Dominica in general, however, particular emphasis will be placed on the Cadence-Lypso genre which has impacted the musical landscape of that neighbouring island setting the stage for the creation of a Zouk music of their own.
According to Leroy Wadix Charles, President of Creole Heartbeat, “Our international partner Gohen Global Entertainment, has negotiated this important event for our country’s tourism trust and similar programmes are planned in Martinique.”
Mr. Charles added that the Cadence-lypso Tribute Festival from July 29 to 31, 2022 creates an excellent opportunity for Guadeloupeans and Martiniquans resident in metropolitan France on vacation, to visit Dominica during the summer.
So far, local artists Michele Henderson and Ophelia have already submitted pre-recorded interventions for Dominica Week on Guadeloupe La Première.

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy.
