Following his exceptional performance for the month of March of the 2021/22 season, Dominica’s professional footballer, Mr. Julian “Juju” Wade has captured the Brechin City Supporters Club Player of the Month. Wade, who has represented Dominica as striker of the senior men’s national team, was recruited as a professional player for Brechin City FC in 2021.
Upon Interview with Emonews, Wade expressed that he was delighted to receive such a prestigious award. “I would like to thank all those who took the time out to vote for me, a win for me is a win for all my fans who continue to support me,” he voiced.
Notably, for the month of March Wade scored six (6) goals in six (6) games, won the Highland League player of the week, the Man of the match trophy vs Nairn County and scored his first hat-trick on European soil where he received the match ball after the game.
With such formidable performances, Wade continues to shine light on the Nature Isle and may possibly open the door for fellow local players.
