Harlem United Sports and Community Club give back the community

Harlem United Sports and Community Club gave back to Long Standing Supporters Senior Citizens, some past players and less fortunate as part of its delayed 50th anniversary celebrations.

January 31st, 2022 –Long Standing Supporters, Senior Citizens,  Some past players and less fortunate members of the community benefited from an outreach program on Sunday January 30, 2022, in celebration of the Harlem United Sports Club’s 50th anniversary which was observed in 2020. 

The outreach event was conducted in areas which players of the sports club reside. These areas include Newtown, Kings Hill, Goodwill, Roseau, Mahaut, Soufriere and Pointe Michel . The club decided on that activity in 2020 in light of it’s 50th year of existence, but was forced to reschedule to 2022 due to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Those receiving these delectable lunch packages were served with a fresh and warm  home cooked meal and cold beverage, which were prepared, packaged and distributed by the club’s executive members and players.

The club’s executive would like to take the opportunity to extend gratitude to the following sponsors who willingly supported our efforts with their generous contributions to make the event a reality and a success:
