One of Dominica’s premier learning institutions, the Achievement Learning Center (ALC) is doing its part in sensitizing the general public on precautionary measures in the fight against COVID-19.
Students learnt about the deadly Coronavirus and were able to express what they learnt by drawing posters which were put up around the school.
The ALC was established to cater to students with special needs and has proven itself to be an outstanding educational institution with a wide range of activities to meet students needs. Last year, the ALC hosted its first annual pageant which may be viewed on Emonews Facebook page.
Persons are encouraged to be mindful of persons with a disability during this time and also their families. Also, any help that may be given to the ALC in the future will be greatly appreciated.
