Following the devastation caused by Hurricane Maria, the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica has formed the Climate Resilience Execution Agency for Dominica (CREAD), that is charged with the responsibility for leading the thrust to make Dominica the first climate resilient nation in the world.
CREAD has been established with a clear focus on executing projects within a Climate Resilient National Plan and in assisting with building climate resilience into existing systems and sectors.
