Requirements for the Issuance of a Treasury Receipt in Respect to the Payment of a Passport Fee

Passport Fees (S.R.O. 42 of 2016) – to be paid at the Treasury Department:

Under 16 years of age: EC$75.00
16 years and above: EC$150.00
Lost/Stolen/destroyed passport penalty fee: EC$500.00

The following must be presented to the Cashier at the Treasury Department:

a birth certificate (if copy, a certified copy)
a marriage certificate (if the female applicant is married) (if copy, a certified copy)
adoption certificate (if copy, a certified copy) where necessary
expired Passport or a passport that is expiring within six (6) months
Lost/Stolen/destroyed passport, a penalty fee form issued by the Immigration Department

Waiver of Passport

Waiver of penalty fee for Lost/Stolen/destroyed passport in keeping with Chap. 18:01, Passport Regulations, Section 6, must be accompanied by penalty fee form issued by the Immigration Department and the Minister’s approval.
