Requirements for the Issuance of a Treasury Receipt in Respect to the Payment of a Passport Fee

Passport Fees (S.R.O. 42 of 2016) – to be paid at the Treasury Department:

  • Under 16 years of age: EC$75.00
  • 16 years and above: EC$150.00
  • Lost/Stolen/destroyed passport penalty fee: EC$500.00

The following must be presented to the Cashier at the Treasury Department:

  • a birth certificate (if copy, a certified copy)
  • a marriage certificate (if the female applicant is married) (if copy, a certified copy)
  • adoption certificate (if copy, a certified copy) where necessary
  • expired Passport or a passport that is expiring within six (6) months
  • Lost/Stolen/destroyed passport, a penalty fee form issued by the Immigration Department

Waiver of Passport

Waiver of penalty fee for Lost/Stolen/destroyed passport in keeping with Chap. 18:01, Passport Regulations, Section 6, must be accompanied by penalty fee form issued by the Immigration Department and the Minister’s approval.

ALL Documents in foreign languages must be accompanied by an English translation.
