We announce the death of Frances Toussaint Joseph, better known as Dadda of Portsmouth, Dominica She died July 14th, 2025, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. 

She was the daughter of: Madeline & Sydney Toussaint both deceased 

She will be remembered by her:

The funeral mass for Frances Toussaint Joseph, better known as Dadda, of Portsmouth is scheduled for 11:00am, Saturday, September 13th, 2025, at the St. John & St. Lewis Roman Catholic Church in Portsmouth, followed by interment at the Portsmouth Roman Catholic Cemetery.
