On behalf of the Executive of Police Welfare Association and it’s membership, we are deeply saddened at the news of the passing of our beloved Stanley Toussaint, Acting Corporal of Police in the Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force. At the time of his passing he was attached to the Marine Unit. Toussaint was a very jovial, motivated and responsible officer who was always willing to go the extra mile. He will certainly be missed by the membership and even more by his course mates, officers of course no. 24.
The news was indeed heart wrenching to the entire Police Force who are still grieving the loss of two other officers Corporal Ryan Shillingford and Constable Philsbert Williams who recently passed away.
We would like to encourage his family, friends and colleagues to hold strong and find comfort in GOD and to develop a relationship with GOD because no man knows the time or the hour . We are just like a vapour on this earth.
I can assure the family that the Police Welfare Association will continue to stand with them.
We offer our deepest condolences.
Public relations officer of Police Welfare Association: Acting Corporal of Police: Vivian A Maximea.
