Death Announcement of 86 year old Samuel Luke better known as Sambo of St. Joseph

                                                      

With great sadness, we announce the death of our beloved father, Samuel Luke age 86 from the morn St. Joseph, better known as Sambo. He died on Thursday April 29th, 2021 at the Dominica- China Friendship Hospital.

He leaves to morn his six children: Eversly, Kay, Damian and Vaughn Luke, Faye Languedoc, Ann Marshall, and one step son Russell John Charles.

Twenty-eight (28) Grandchildren:

Nicole, Ahmed, Mitchell, Mekayel, Krishnan, Nyemah, Marley, Marielle, Jamila, Eden, Jahnirah, Natasha, Litus, Ledia, Danley, Marsha, Michael, Kerry, Kerry-Ann, Harshan, Nafesa, Nahjeem, Mojahid, Akim, Jahvohn, Jahkim, Cali and Kaya.

Eighteen Great Grandchildren, and four Great, Great, Grandchildren

Two sisters, Ella and Madonna Luke, one brother, Oliva Luke, two Son’s – in-law, Clement Languedoc and Roy Marshall.  One daughter-in-law Nathalie Luke, two sisters in law Ophanna Charles and Sylmar Luke, one brother- in- law, Fred Abraham and his care taker, Sonia Ferdinand.

Nieces and nephews both here and abroad, including Everad, Alex, Sharmie, Ceasarina, Andy, Myron, others are too numerous to mention.

Special relatives and friends: J.T, Betty Languedoc and family, Angela, Emmalyn, Balbo, Analitta, Teacher Planner, George, Felicitae and family, Roudette, the Luke’s family of St. Joseph, Mahaut, St. Croix and abroad, the Bardouille and Esprit family, the Parliamentary Representative of St.  Joseph Dr. Adis King, Attending Physician Dr. Francine Jeffery Louis, the entire Community of St. Joseph and the Seventh day Adventist family both here and abroad.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday May 25th, 2021, at the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church.  Viewing at 2:30 p.m. and service begins at 3:00 p.m.  Interment: St. Joseph Roman Catholic Cemetery.
