
It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Jno Baptiste affectionately known as Debs, aged 58 of Morne Rachette. She died on Friday 21st February 2025 at her residence.
She was the clerk of the Coulibistrie/Morne Rachette Village Council for over 30 years.
Left to mourn are her parents Francis and Louvia Jno Baptiste.
Her 2 Sons Ivor Sheppard – Fire Officer at The Dominica Fire and Ambulance Service and Niall Payne employee at Dragon Windows.
Daughter-in-law – Honorable Fenella Wenham Sheppard
Siblings – Laureen Jno Jules in St.Thomas, Franklyn Jno Baptiste in the UK, Jacklyn Jno Baptiste in Antigua and Nashma Jno Baptiste in Dominica.
