We announce the death of Mr. Samuel Patrickson Nixon better known as Pato, age 72 of Calibishie. He died on January 6, 2025 at the ICU, Dominica China Friendship Hospital.

He was the father of 2 daughters: Dona Nixon and Agatha Warrington.

He will also be remembered by his 3 sisters: Anastasia Marcelle, Theresa Francis and Maria Labad. 1 brother: Dickson Nixon.

3 grandchildren: Jasmine Brewster, Jenner and Jessica Carriere.

Numerous nieces & nephews including Debbie Mundle, Sarah Francis, Nichelle Marcelle, Rudolphia George, Alicia Labad Lee, Natasha Baptiste, Nicky, Mckenny and Earl Marcelle, Alvin Francis, Elvis George, Augustine, Eustace, Winston, Young, Faustin and Garnet Nixon.

Sister in law: Shirley Nixon.

He will also be remembered by Colin Baptiste, Augustus Laurent, Lennard Lawrence, Edward Thomas, Forestor Celestine, the Nixon & Warrington families of Calibishie and The entire Calibishie community and many family & friends both at home & abroad too numerous to mention.

The funeral service for the late Samuel Patrickson Nixon will take place on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at the Wesley Catholic Church from 2pm. Viewing at 1:30p.m. Internment at the Wesley Catholic Cemetery.
