It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of 64 year old Frank Rudolph
Carter, also known as “Frankie” of Delices who resided at Didier Lane, Goodwill.
He died on September 14th, 2024 at the Dominica Friendship Hospital.
He lives to mourn his mother Theresa Bula Fontaine of Louisville
2 Children- Nathalia and Franki
Adopted Son- Ryan Carter
5 Grand Children- Dominic, Aidan, Clavann, Thalia, and J’Kiylah
16 Sisters- Tessa and Barbara Fontaine, Primrose, Isaline, Eudoza, Paula, Alexandia,
Gertrude, Hasel, Hermina, Joycelyn, Alexia, Hilda, Catherine, Elane, and Drucilla
11 Brothers- Roger Fontaine, Ellsworth, Purcel, Edward, Kevin, Albert, Marvin,

The body of the late Frank Rudolph Carter will be viewed at 2:00 pm on Friday,
October 11th 2024, at The Truth and Grace Fellowship Global.
The funeral service takes place at 2:30 followed by interment at the Roseau Public
Cemetery.
