Updated Death Announcement of 67 year old Mr Osborne Francis also known as Osborne Wallace, Teacher Osborne, Bono and Pants of Cocoyer/ Clifton who resided at Savanne Paille

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of 67 year old Mr Osborne Francis also known as Osborne Wallace, Teacher Osborne, Bono and Pants of Cocoyer/ Clifton who resided at Savanne Paille. He passed away on Thursday 5th September 2024 at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.

He was a former Primary School Principal, Elections Returning Officer, and Methodist Local Preacher.

He is survived by:

His Wife: Esther

His Mother: Catherine Wallace

5 Daughters: Affinia Andre, Diana Remy, Vanessa, Raissa and Rikisha Francis

Grandchildren: Jeremiah and Jayryel Andre

Sisters: Annette Prevost-Dupuis employee of NCCU, Nympher Sabin and Joan Francis in the US, Francillia, Francisca and Elizabeth Francis.

Brothers: Jefferson and Michael Shipley, Lewis Peter, Frederick and Franklyn Francis  and Teddy Wallace

Nephews: Jed, Benedict, Michael Jr.,  Imran, Clay, Sean and Ken

Nieces: Kira, Kelli, Akira, Nadine, Carlisha, Karleyne, Ikisha, Francessca, Tiffany and Juanita.

Aunts: Josephine, Pauline, Antoinette and Christina

Funeral will be held on October 5th 2024 at the Mount Wallis Methodist Church in Zicack, Portsmouth. Viewing will be from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM and Service starts at 2:00PM. Interment at the Portsmouth Methodist Cemetery.
