Jean-Jacques, who has been managing our Retail store operations since 2018, brings a wealth of experience to the role. Her expertise and passion for success will be invaluable in driving the companyโs strategic initiatives and strengthening its brand presence.
โThis is a bittersweet moment for us, as Francine takes over the position previously held by our dear friend and colleague, Ferdina Frampton, who passed away earlier this year. Francineโs background in the retail environment, coupled with her deep understanding of our community, makes her the perfect fit for this key role,โ said Sharon Jemmott, Country Manager, Flow Dominica.
โWe are also confident that her leadership will significantly contribute to our efforts to connect more meaningfully with our customers and stakeholders. Ferdina left a lasting, positive legacy and we now pass the baton over to Francine for this next leg in our journey of connecting Dominicans to the things that matter most.โ
