Dominica’s rising Neo-Soul star, Lí-Lí Octave, is poised to take the world stage as she is invited to perform at the prestigious 60th-anniversary celebration of the International Trade Center (ITC) in Geneva, Switzerland on June 27th, 2024.
Ms Lí-Lí Octave, signed to the Wai’tuMusic Label, will not only be representing her home country of Dominica but also the entire Caribbean region in song, at this momentous event. For the occasion, she has composed a special original song titled “I’ll Stay With You,” which embodies the spirit of partnership and collaboration at the heart of the ITC’s mission.
“This is an incredible honor,” says Lí-Lí Octave. “To be invited to perform at such a distinguished event, and to be able to showcase Dominica and the Caribbean on this global platform, is truly humbling. I poured my heart and soul into composing ‘I’ll Stay With You,’ and I can’t wait to share it with the world.”
Lí-Lí’s powerful vocals and her unique blend of Neo-Soul with rich Caribbean influences have been captivating audiences since her childhood. This upcoming performance promises to be a highlight of the ITC’s 60th-anniversary celebrations.
