The Government of Dominica, in collaboration with the People’s Republic of China, on Wednesday launched the construction phase of the Thibaud Primary School.
The school will serve as a Center of Excellence in Special Education upon completion, with additional facilities to foster our children’s talents in sports, culture, science, and the visual and performing arts.

The new Thibaud Primary School is one of six schools which will be constructed under the China Aid Project for the Reconstruction of Schools Post-Hurricane Maria.
