Members of the Nature Isle Toastmasters Club, (NITC), are excited to announce an upcoming Open House meeting on Thursday March 7 2024, 6:00, pm, at the UWI Open Campus compound.
We are thrilled to invite you to this unique event, to meet with our members and listen to our special Keynote Speaker Mr. Phoenix Belfield General Manager of Dominica Cooperative Societies League Limited. He will talk to us about Toastmasters. Additionally. you will discover interesting information about this amazing organization, where we learn to conquer our fear of public speaking, in a supportive and positive environment.
After hearing from our Keynote Speaker Belfield, NITC members and guests will enjoy a regular Toastmasters meeting which will include Prepared Speeches, Table Topics (impromptu speaking) and Evaluations.
Nature Isle Toastmasters Club began on the island of Dominica since 2013 and is an affiliate of District 81 in the Caribbean and Toastmasters International.
Toastmasters International is a worldwide nonprofit educational organization that empowers individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders. Headquartered in Englewood, Colo., the organization’s membership exceeds 270,000 in more than 14,200 clubs in 148 countries.
