The Dominica National Lottery invites you to the official Opening of its modern new facility which will bring a premier entertainment experience to Dominicans with our first of its kind DNL BLAST Gaming Centre and Rooftop Restaurant and Bar. A new experience awaits on Friday October 06th, 2023 from 4pm, as only the Dominica National Lottery can offer you. The center is situated in Roseau at the corner of Independence and Hillsborough Street. This unique new DNL Gaming Center will also offer your favorite traditional Lottery Games on the ground floor, which will allow you to continue to conduct all your ticket purchases, prize redemptions and agent transactions in one place. Another highlight of our new center is that our valued customers now have the opportunity to witness the transparent process of our live lottery draws at the retail center on the ground floor.
This one-of-a-kind facility is guaranteed to offer a unique ambience, fun, friendly and capable staff, and a safe and secure environment to conveniently play and win your favorite games. Whilst you play, you can enjoy tasty food and ice-cold beverages in addition to the sounds of pulsating entertainment at the new “City View” restaurant and bar.
The retail store is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm. The Blast Gaming Center and City View Rooftop Restaurant and Bar will be open, Monday to Thursday from 10am to 12am, Fridays and Saturdays until 2am, and Sundays from 12noon to 10pm, for your chance to experience daytime and or nighttime play. Only adult gamers over the age of 18 will be allowed to enter the BLAST Gaming Center or to take part in any DNL games.
