It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Mr. Peter Joseph Emerson Luke of Mahaut who resided at Stockfarm. He was popularly known as ‘Lukey”, “Mosin”, “Brother Luke” or “Sir Luke”.

He will be remembered by:

Children: Anika Luke-Balthazar (a teacher at the Goodwill Primary School), Beniah Luke, Carlene Luke-Winston (a nurse at DCFH), Danyson Luke, residing in the USA, Emersia Luke-Vigille (an employee at Clear Harbour) and Fernella Luke. 

Adopted daughter: Hazel Bazil

Sisters: Dorothea Romain and Elizabeth Louisy

Brothers: Alpheus, Victor and Leroy Luke

Grandchildren: Jaydang Luke, Jaymiah and Oliviah-Grace Winston,Adaiyah and Jediah Balthazar, Gabrian and Diandre O’Brien and Zaniel Vigille

Adopted grandson: Assad Cuffy

Mother-in-law: Una Durand

Sons-in-law: Roniel Vigille, Wayne Balthazar and Oliver Winston

The funeral of the late Peter Joseph Emerson Luke will take place on Tuesday, 11th July, 2023 at the Truth and Grace Fellowship Global Church.  Viewing will commence at 2:00pm and church service at 2:30pm  followed by interment at the Roseau Public Cemetery.
