We announce the death of 79 year old Rupert Joseph St. Jean of Portsmouth..
He died on Sunday March 26th, 2023 at the China Friendship Hospital.
He leaves to mourn:
Sons: Ralph in Tortola, Roosevelt (Velo) in Canada & Reginald St. Jean (Rejo) in Dominica.
Daughters: Roselyn in Alaska, Regina in St. Martin, Roma and Ramona in Dominica.
