” I’m here this morning to formally announce a long partnership with the government of Dominica and the Discover Dominica Authority as the official telecommunications partner for Dominica’s carnival ‘Mas An Lawi’. Itis a pleasure to be able to again continue making that very  important and  significant contribution to the growth, development and sustenance of our island’s culture and giving our people that platform they need to express themselves especially where our culture, our music, our calypso, our pageantry is concerned”.

Flow Dominica will provide prizes for the Miss Dominica and Miss Teen Dominica pageants, as well as  support to carnival bands and calypso tents.

Frampton also announced that Flow’s Fibre To The Home Service is ready to be rolled out in the town of Roseau.

She said that Hurricane Maria damaged 95% of the network and the company decided to rebuild instead of replacing because the people of Dominica deserve the best. She explained that the Fibre To The Home Service gives Dominicans faster speeds for less money. She encouraged ew and existing customers to sign up for the new service.
