He died on September 2, 2022
He is survived by relatives and friends namely:

Grandchildren: Brianna, Daniel, & Amaris Fisher
Great-grandchildren: Jordan & Gabriel Fisher
Nieces: Jacqueline James, Frances Margaret Benjamin, Dr. Adis King, Judy Alford, Monique Jemmott-Allen, Sherell Warren, Valerie Hurtault, Josephine Henry, Marie-Therese, Patlian, & Judeen Johnson
Nephews: Daryl, Dana, Dudley, and Derrell Hurtault, Herman Jr, Samuel, Jonathan, & Julien N’Kosi Johnson
Brother in law: Julian Johnson & Lewis Maximin

The body of the late Melvin Jackie Offley will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home for viewing at 9:30am on Friday, 16th September, 2022 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Pottersville, Dominica. Funeral Mass begins at 10am followed by interment at the Roseau Catholic Cemetery.
