We announce the death of James Joseph better known as “Mangoes” or “Mangolong”
Age: 72 of: Fields Lane who resided at Newtown.
He died on the 2nd of August 2022, at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.
He leaves to mourn:
Nine (9) children:- Thora, Isher, Yolend, Burning, Highman, Kisher, Marah, Jefferson, Shanti
Seventeen (17) grandchildren: including Tamia, Travis, Marah, David, Nikki, Kayla, Daniel, Tafarel, Glenson, Kurtis
Three (3) sisters:- Shirley Joseph, Myrtle Baron and Phyllis in Boston.
Three (3) brothers:- Henry, Franklyn, Sylannus, Nathan.
Fifteen (15) nieces:- Sheila, Alison, Namara, Avis, Cassandra, Donna, Samantha, Katie
Grand nieces:- Danielle, Shernijah, Janelle, Neferti, Brittney, Hillary, Jenai, Dwanijsha, Donniecia, Samara, Serena, Jernijah, Adaeze
Twenty-five (25) nephews:- including Oscar, Cecil, Rasello, Elijah, Roland, Zion, Samir
Cousins:- Ramona, Rose and John
Sons in Law:-Clement Webster
Caretakers:-Tilda, Rosetta, Claudette, Nurse Claudette, Sylma
Special Friends : Jomo, Melvin, Dr. Irving McIntyre, Cheetah, Mona, John- Bell, Khaki, Foley, Daryl, Jerlil, Princess, Spiking, Winston, Charlie-face, Mrs. Vigilante, Berle, Tetal, Boyla, Verdan, the Warner, Oscar, Shillingford and Harve family of Newtown.

The body of the late James Joseph better known as “Mangoes” and “Mangolong” will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home for viewing at 2:30 p.m. at the Lady of Fatima Church, Newtown on August 26th 2022. Funeral Service begins at 3:00 p.m. followed by interment at the Roseau Catholic Cemetery.
