As part of DOMFESTA 2022 the Cultural Division celebrated some of their elderly Jing ping musicians.
The division travelled around the island yesterday on May 26th 2022, bringing them tokens of appreciation.
In collaboration with Fine Foods Inc., the Adult Education Department, The Sign man Ltd, Dr. Damian Dublin and donations of Hampers were presented to the recipients.

Other partners included DBS Radio and Sheppee Fun tours.
“We will be going to their homes and bringing them some of our appreciation because some of them have not played for us in a few years and some may be in the twilight of their careers and won’t be able to play for us again,” Acting Chief Cultural Officer, Earlson Matthew stated in a press statement
The main purpose of the tokens was to spread love to persons who has contributed to the division.
