It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of our dearly beloved Bernadette “Bernie” Alice Lawrence of 46 Hillsborough Street, Roseau, Dominica, who passed away in Altamonte Springs, Florida, on August 23rd 2021.
Bernadette was the daughter of the late Hugh Wendell and Doris Angelina Lawrence of Roseau
She leaves to mourn her son Orisa ‘’Ori”’ Franklin
Her Brothers: James, Randolph, Daoud, Remie, Tony and Raymond Lawrence
Her Sisters: Jean Lawrence Mathurin and Ursula Lawrence Simon
4 Sisters in Law – Irma, Zara, Hazel & Vincia
2 Brothers in Law – Alexis Mathurin & Brian Simon
Several nieces and nephews including Woody, Billy, Weldon, Fay, Aishah, Omari, Daniel, Giselle, Solomon, Muna, Omar, Eldon, Garth, Shayanne, Fitzroy, Lorine, Aurma, Patsy, Vincia and Vellie
Several cousins including Carole Royer and family in Bermuda, Shirley Alleyne, Jennifer Georges, Ohnal and Alixon Laronde and other members of the Laronde family in Atkinson and Concord, Riah Julien, Jasmine Brewley & Nagla Parrott & the Laville family

A Celebration of Life service will be held for the late Bernadette Lawrence at the Our Lady of Fair Haven Cathedral Chapel on Friday April 8th 2022 at 3pm. and followed by interment at the Roseau Roman Catholic cemetery
