The GEMS Group is inviting applicants for the following positions: –

Corporate Sustainability Officer

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:-

• Leading the sustainability strategy, planning, programs, and initiatives for the GEMS Group (Fort Young Hotel & Dive Resort, Secret Bay, Residences at Secret Bay, Tibay Villas and any future business/projects).
• Develop sustainability vision, mission and values for the group.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor and improve the sustainability programmes.
• Assess, analyze and develop company policies and processes to identify areas where improvements can be made in accordance with the organizations commitment to sustainability.
• Propose and implement strategies to address various environmental concerns including energy use, conservation, reduction of pollution, recycling, building and facility design, and general education on sustainability.

Candidate must possess a Master’s degree in related field with 3 to 5 years of business and management experience.  Must also be current with knowledge of sustainability practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
