It is deepest sadness that we announce the death of 83 year old David Nathaniel Samuel better known as Mr Day of Montserrat who resided at Fortune.
He leaves to mourn: His beloved wife Yvonne Samuel better known as Ma Day
2 daughters: Evelyn Louis (USVI) and Sarah Nelson.
2 sons: Leroy and Gregory Samuel.
2 sisters: Rebecca Jerome, Magaret Samuel (Maggie)
1 brother: George Samuel (Tobe)
14 grandchildren: Kyon Louis (USVI), Valda Phillip Johnson, Rachel Samuel (Antigua), Abisha Samuel, Phenton and Isiah Phillip, Andy and Chris Toussaint, David Nelson, Lujah, Shedoshe and Leona Samuel, Casey and Nigel Hanley.
6 great grandchildren included: Sherissa Henderson.
2 sons in law: Linton Louis (USVI) and Howard Nelson (USA)
2 daughters in law: Sandra and Sylvanie Samuel.
1 sister in law: Camilla Alexander
3 brothers in law: Urol, Ivonne and Rennicle Alexander.
Nieces and nephews both here and abroad to numerous to mention
Close family and friends: Arnold Johnson, Lisa Bellot, The Alexander family (England), The Louis family (USVI), The Bertrand family, The community of Fortune, Citronier, Newtown and Eggleston.
The body of the late David Samuel will be transported from the North Eastern Funeral home for viewing at the Newtown Fatima Church on the 18th February 2022 at 9.30 a.m and Mass begins at 10.00a.m followed by burial at the Roseau Catholic Cemetery.
