It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Mrs Rosemond Etienne Francis better known as Rosie of Portsmouth, Commonwealth of Dominica, who resided in Antigua. She died on 31st January, 2022 at the Mount Saint John Medical Centre in Antigua. She was 53 years old.
