We wish to announce the death of Mr. Peter Scott Raphael, age 93, of Petite Savanne, who resided in Sibouli, Massacre. He died on Monday 18th October, 2021, at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.
He lives to mourn six children, including Lennox, Alicia and Clement residing in the UK.
20 Grandchildren, including, Chantel, Shayne, Candice, Warren, Cameron, Clemmy and Burnell, in the UK and Joanna in Australia, Toxi and Lionel, in Germany

The communities of Sibouli, Massacre and Petite Savanne, close associates including Mano and Malcolm, other relatives and friends, both here and abroad, too numerous to mention.
The body of the late Peter Scott Raphael will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home for viewing at 1:30 pm on Tuesday 23rd November 2021 at the Christian Union Church. The Funeral service takes place at 2:00 pm followed by interment at the Roseau Public Cemetery.
