The Dominica Export Import Agency(DEXIA) will this week celebrate its 35th year of existence.

The agency which was formed in 1986 to enhance the marketing of Dominica’s product began its week of activities with a church Service at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Goodwill.

Former General Manager Gregoire Thomas was recognized for his outstanding leadership over the years.

Marketing Officer, Ayeola George encouraged all to participate in the week of activities and to Follow, Like and Share the events which will be hosted on the Agency’s Facebook page. She teases that one of the events to look out for is the Customer Appreciation Day which will be held on Thursday.

The week of activities being held under the theme, “Forging Ahead with Agriculture, Services and Trade”.
