Stock Farm, February 4, 2021 – Dominica State College has entered into a five-year partnership with Centre D’ Etudes Franco-Americain de Management, CEFAM. The partnership seeks to establish joint programs, Academic Faculty collaboration, short-term study abroad collaboration, and other academic initiatives. The college and CEFAM have signed into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to guarantee the partnership’s terms.
“This is a great opportunity for our business students. Having access to train in Europe and the USA provides a unique experience for them. The mandatory internship in the business world definitely contributes to their success. This MOU with CEFAM also allows staff and faculty to develop through research and business projects with CEFAM. At DSC, we take our motto to heart and not only expect our students to thrive for excellence but as an organization, we work to do the same,” said Dr. Hermancia Eugene-Zamore, Dean, Academic Affairs.
DSC students who have successfully completed DSC’s Associate’s Degree in Business Administration will enjoy admission to CEFAM to complete the CEFAM degree, RNCP Level 7 “Management of International Organizations” with the choice of Marketing or Finance major. Those who have successfully completed DSC’s Associate’s Degree in Business will be eligible for admission into CEFAM’s dual degree program, entering into the third year at CEFAM and the fourth year at Siena College or Rider University in the United States.The mandatory application requirements include an application form, CV, scanned copy of passport, an official copy of the DSC transcripts, and a high school diploma or equivalent copy.
