According to a video posted by former president of the Concerned Citizens Movement (CCM), Loftus Durand, he and two other men questioned by police were released on Thursday evening on their own free will, after questioning by police.
Durand said that the police presented a search warrant which authorized a search of his house for a 12 gauge shot gun. Following the search, which yielded no results, Durand was taken back to headquarters where he was furthered questioned then released.
The police indicated that the investigation was ongoing and he and the other two individuals may be contacted again.
Durand, along with Basketball enthusiast Dunstan Peters and one other young men were brought to police headquarters today for questioning surrounding a video which was released a few weeks ago.
