‘To Those Who Find Themselves Lost’ is a collection of poetry that details the experiences of the author with childhood trauma as well as the journey of healing.

St.Ville says, “I speak a lot about the challenges I faced and eventually  about overcoming and finding joy. 1 in 5 people will be affected by a mental illness in their lifetime. This means that even in our small country, so many people around us suffer in silence”.

St. Ville encourages person to break the stigma and stop suffering in silence because they are not to be blamed for traumatic experiences.

She says, “My goal is to encourage people to speak about their trauma and pain. Writing has always been a way of healing for me and I am not ashamed to speak on the things that I experienced as a child because it was no fault of mine. Likewise, many of us have gone through things that we hide in our hearts that cause us to be angry and depressed”.

According to St.Ville, it is her hope that her book will be ‘a source of encouragement for people to understand that they are not alone and that they can overcome anything’. ‘

To Those Who Feel Lost’ is available on Amazon and St.Ville may also be contacted through instagram to have signed copies mailed.
