The Attorney General, Levi Peter, announced on the Dominica Broadcasting Radio on Wednesday evening that a State of Emergency is in effect in Dominica from April 1 to April 20.
A night time curfew is in effect from 6 pm to 6 am while a daytime curfew will be further clarified tomorrow.
A weekend curfew is in effect from 6pm Friday evening to 6am Monday morning. Persons who provide essential services are exempt and others who seek written permission.
