In addition to taking steps to prevent the spread of the virus, the Seventh-Day Adventist schools in Dominica have conducted training for staff and parents on the use of online learning platforms.

These learning platforms will be used when face to face contact is not advisable. In this regard, as of March 23rd, 2020, all sessions will be held online until further notice. Your school will provide you with additional information.

Kindly indicate to your principal or class teacher any challenge your child may incur with using the learning platforms.  Z0om,Google Classroom, the Learning Hub and Schoology will be the most common platforms used,  increased use will also be made of the online Mathematics programme, Conquer Math.

We invite you to share your concerns and observations with your principals or class teacher during this week so teaching- learning experience can be exceptional .

A further advisory will be given by March 27, 2020.
