Today 2 March 2020 is election day in Guyana
According to Elections Officials more than 660, 000 People are eligible to vote and Polling Places were scheduled to open at 6:00, Monday morning.
There are Eleven political parties that met the criteria to contest the general and regional elections, including the ruling ‘A Partnership for National Unity (APNU) and Alliance For Change (AFC)’ coalition, and the parliamentary opposition ‘Peoples Progressive Party/Civic (PPP/Civic)’.
