The Ministry of Tourism, International Transport and Maritime Initiatives, through the Discover Dominica Authority, will hold a consultation with tourism stakeholders on the updated national tourism policy and tourism master plan. The consultation takes place on Wednesday February 19, 2020 at 9 am at the Fort Young Hotel’s Waterfall Room.
During this consultation, the final national tourism policy and tourism master plan will be presented to stakeholders for feedback and further updates if needed. The national tourism policy and tourism master plan documents are intended to be the roadmap for further development of Dominica’s tourism industry.
The review of Dominica’s national tourism policy and tourism master plan was facilitated by Trinidadian company Tourism Intelligence International and involved consultations with various tourism stakeholders in 2019 as well as input from the National Resilience Development Strategy (NRDS), the Labour Party Manifesto and other current and relevant documents. The purpose of the updated tourism policy and master plan is to establish the base for a sustainable approach towards further development and economic growth of Dominica’s tourism industry, involving collaboration with key agencies and stakeholder groups.

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy.
